Survival Rice (2013-12-19)
KL brought home from work some instant rice packets that's near expiration. This is the kind of "survival" food people eat after disasters strike such as earthquakes.
The rice didn't taste like rice at all, it's more like a rough version of quinoa. It's not totally inedible but you would really just want to eat it when there's nothing else to eat.
