Hing Fat (2012-04-16)
Last dinner in Hong Kong! Weep...We've been to Hing Fat
before. Despite bad reviews by other diners, I find the
restaurant generally good.
Fish ball noodles: springy fish balls, smooth rice noodles, how can
that be wrong?
Salt-baked chicken: Very salty "stuff" on the skin. I had to
"rinse" it in my soup before I ate it, but the chicken meat was very
flavorful.
Suckling pig: crispy skin and tender meat. Delicious!
