Potato Chips With Dried Plums And Bonito Flakes (2008-02-15)
This "Limited Time Only" snacks always get me. When I see it, I usually can't help but sucked into buying one. How can I resist a pretty pink packet of tater chips that is also available for a limited time?
There isn't a whole lot of flavor from the dried plums and bonito
used in the chips. I'd expected a more vinegary and bonito-y
taste. It's not bad though.
